This live and interactive course gives learners 20 guided learning hours exposure to British Sign Language and begins to develop a basic understanding of the language and deaf community in readiness for further learning.
The introduction is not an accredited course in isolation, but serves to give some basic communication tools to those who may have some interest in this field. This course includes specific resources which compliment the learners journey and gives ample opportunity for self-led study/practise.
*The introduction hours will count as prior accredited learning towards Signature accredited BSL Level 1 should you continue with THEATRESIGN.
THEATRESIGN Training Ltd is registered with Signature as a learning provider to deliver BSL Levels 1 & 2 as an accredited course.
Using Deaf, qualified tutors only this course is delivered online (Zoom), and is live and interactive, giving learners access to video resources specifically created to compliment the curriculum throughout.
