THEATRESIGN LTD and THEATRESIGN EDUCATION, ACCESS AND MENTORING LTD will not be held responsible for any incorrect information published on the website or cancellations of an interpreted performance. We recommend that you check with the venues direct before booking tickets to ensure that you book to see the correct accessible performance date and time. Customers are required to contact the venue direct to resolve an issues.
THEATRESIGN TRAINING LTD Training Courses:
Refunds
Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable between courses. (Please note that this applies to any optional theatre tickets purchased as well.) Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where the person booking has contacted us within 48 hours of making the booking, and any such refunds are made at our discretion. In the case of cancellation due to medical reasons, refunds will only be made upon receipt of a Medical Certificate stating that the student concerned is not fit to attend the course. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of £25 per place booked. We advise that students arrange their own personal cancellation insurance as we cannot refund fees paid in the event of cancellation by the student for reasons other than those specified above.
Cancellation and reimbursements
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any training course with five business days prior notice of the start date of the course if the minimum number of students has not been reached. In the unlikely event that this should occur, payment will be refunded in full to the person who booked within 28 days of any cancellation. THEATRESIGN TRAINING LTD’s liability is limited to the return or credit of the registration fee(s). Theatresign is not responsible for any other costs to students (for example travel or hotel costs) incurred due to cancelled classes.
No Shows
Students who are registered for a training course and who do not show up will be charged 100% of the course fee. (This includes any optional theatre tickets purchased.) If the course or training session will be repeated, you may be able to attend an alternative repeat session, subject to availability. This will be at the THEATRESIGN TRAINING’s discretion.
Online delivery
Where courses are delivered online, this will be via Zoom. A sufficient internet speed and equipment will be required to participate. (We understand that ad hoc technological difficulties can occur, however a stable internet connection is vital.) All training is delivered live and will not be recorded.
